Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not charge a restocking fee, and some sale items are no longer final sale, meaning they can now be returned within the 14-day window if they meet the above conditions.
To start a return, contact us at bethandfrancesboutique@gmail.com. If your return is approved, we’ll send instructions on where to send your item. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. In those cases, we will provide a full refund or replacement and cover the return shipping.
Refunds & Store Credit
We do not offer direct refunds for returns unless the item arrived damaged or was the wrong item sent. If your return is accepted, you will receive a store credit for the value of your returned item (excluding shipping). Store credit can be used on any future purchase with us.
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of your store credit or refund (in the case of damage or incorrect items). Please allow time for processing and follow-up communication.
